RESCHEDULED – CHECK BACK FOR DETAILS
Az Yet is an American based Pop/R&B vocal group that was formed in Philadelphia, PA in the early 90’s.
After a few Az Yet recordings caught the ear of Mega Producer, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds.
In 1996 Az Yet released the Hit Single, “Last Night”, written and produced by Babyface, and was also released on the soundtrack of Eddie Murphy’s “The Nutty Professor”, followed by Az Yet’s accra-ella arrangement of Chicago’s “Hard to Say I’m Sorry”. Both singles as well as the album self titled (Az Yet) reached Double Platinum status in the US, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries around the world.
Last Night, reached #1 on the Billboard R&B charts. Hard to Say I’m Sorry broke the Top 10 on Billboards Pop Chart, and was also nominated for a Grammy award for Best Vocal Performance of the late 90’s.
The group, made of Original members Claude Thomas Jr., Dyshon Benson, Dion Allend and Kenneth Terry Jr, with added member Parrice Smith (Fellow singer, songwriter and music producer who was mentored by BOYZ II MEN and many all time great Super Producers in the Music Industry), are bringing the UNMISTAKABLE five part harmony the world has come to know as Az Yet (The Prefect Prototype for Pop and R&B).
Az Yet is now touring the World singing their Hit songs as well as recording new music to be released in 2020. Look for it to Pre-Release exclusively here on Crowd Music.
